Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Kinetic Golf, and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How does the 21-day free trial work?

When you complete onboarding, your 21-day free trial starts automatically. No credit card is required. You get full access to all features. When the trial ends you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue.

I completed a workout but it didn't save. What do I do?

Make sure you have an internet connection when you finish a session — workouts are saved to the cloud in real time. If the issue persists, email us at hello@kineticgolf.co.uk with your account email and we'll investigate.

Can I change my training plan after onboarding?

Yes. You can update your training days, equipment, and season settings from Account Settings inside the app. Your plan will regenerate based on your updated preferences.

Does the app work without a gym membership?

Yes. During onboarding you set what equipment you have and the app selects exercises accordingly. Bodyweight and resistance band options are available throughout all training blocks.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Account Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days. Alternatively email hello@kineticgolf.co.uk and we'll handle it manually.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet — Kinetic Golf is currently iOS only. Android is on the roadmap. You can join the waitlist at kineticgolf.co.uk/android.
